The user interface of the software had some confusion, and the learning curve was also high for some users. Other challenges for ease of use were as limited customization, lack of integration, difficult adaptation, and limited accessibility etc.
Over multiple interactions with AdminDragon, our team understood that the next major thing to address in the project is the need for cloud-based access. After identifying the root cause as an unstructured process, our team put for the proposal of an MVP immediately by incorporating all needed basic features.
