Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Assist in negotiating terms and close sales to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve targets.
  • Negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
