Post observing a few challenges within staff like-
- Bringing early moring cooked food and eating in the afternoon- Which almost has low nutritional value than fresh cooked meal
- Eating cold food, made half of the lot end up eating less and snacking more junk
- Resulted in weakening health
- Sarvadhi truly believes food impacts state of wellbeing- which obviously get impacted with junk food
What did Sarvadhi do?
- Started with serving vegetable juices which obviously makes a fresh & healthy start of a day
- Serving hot meals, with moderated spices and high nutritional value contributed to overall well being
- Overall well being included, health, emotional state and togetherness when everyone eats together
- Latest development included ordering stainless steel plate for each member to avoid usage of plastic
In fast paced time, there are many things like pollution, allergies, food reactions being common with the passing time. Sarvadhi attempted to go miles ahead with its holistic thinking and betterment for the team by contributing there bit with 'NO TIFFIN' initiative.
